1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FreeGolfSwingAnalyzer.com (the “Tool”), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.

2. Description of service

The Tool provides free, browser-based golf swing review and analysis. Features include single-video review, side-by-side comparison, synchronized playback, drawing, pose estimation, joint-angle measurements, hand paths, marked moments and PDF reports. Swing processing occurs locally in your browser. The Tool does not require an account or video upload.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Tool for personal, non-commercial golf swing analysis. You agree not to use automated scripts to access the Tool at scale, use it for any unlawful purpose, or redistribute the Tool or its components without permission. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer or extract underlying models except as permitted by applicable law or their respective licenses. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to videos you open in the Tool. Videos are processed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers by the Tool. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any videos you analyze or compare and for any reports or images you choose to share.

5. Analysis limitations

AI-generated pose observations, measurements and suggested key moments are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not replace professional golf instruction. Accuracy depends on video quality, camera angle, lighting, visibility and timing settings. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of analysis.

Joint angles are approximate 2D measurements, not 3D motion analysis or a prediction of ball flight. Suggested phases are estimates and may need correction. Frame stepping and slow-motion timing depend on the frame rates you select; variable-frame-rate files may not seek to every encoded frame.

6. Intellectual property

The Tool’s original design, code and branding belong to FreeGolfSwingAnalyzer.com, subject to any applicable licenses. Third-party libraries, models and other components, including MediaPipe and jsPDF, belong to their respective owners and are used under their respective licenses.

7. No warranty

The Tool is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or specific analysis accuracy. Reloading or closing the page clears the current session; save any reports or images you want to keep.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeGolfSwingAnalyzer.com shall not be liable for damages arising from your use of the Tool, including physical injury resulting from acting on its analysis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes will appear on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
