Give yourself a clear view

Film one swing with a steady camera, your whole body in frame and plenty of light. Face-on or down-the-line both work.

Find the same moment

Compare similar camera angles. Choose Sync off, pause each video at impact, then choose Sync Videos to see the swings move together. Choose Sync off to play, pause, scrub and slow down each video separately.

Look for one change

Draw a reference line, measure an angle, or save both annotated frames side by side. Use slow motion and frame stepping. Set the frame rate to match your file for accurate time steps.

Videos are opened directly from your device. They are never uploaded or stored by this app. There is no account, analysis backend or app tracking cookie.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, adds a web analytics beacon for page visits and performance measurements. Your video content and swing measurements are not sent to that service. About Cloudflare analytics.

Optional pose analysis downloads MediaPipe code and model files from jsDelivr and Google. Those services receive normal download requests, but not your videos. An internet connection is needed for the first model load.

Measurements are approximate, camera-dependent 2D observations for practice, not professional coaching or a prediction of ball flight. Frame steps use the rate you select; variable-frame-rate files may not land on every encoded frame.

Reloading the page clears your session. Export your analysis data to keep your notes.
